Free Express Shipping — Always

We're proud to offer free express shipping on every order, to every country, every time. No minimums, no hidden fees, no exceptions. Just fast, free delivery on all our cool gadgets and fun finds.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a bit longer. If there's a significant delay, we'll reach out to let you know.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not order date. Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, customs, or weather — we appreciate your patience if this happens!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can watch your product make its way to you. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days, check your spam folder or reach out to us at joshmwilliams45@gmail.com

International Shipping

We ship free express shipping to every country we serve, worldwide. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
  • Delivery times for international orders can vary depending on customs processing.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We carefully package every gadget to arrive safe and sound, but if something goes wrong:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office first. If it's genuinely missing, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to issue refunds for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we're happy to help however we can.

Order Changes & Cancellations
